Returns Policy

  • Please contact us and/or email us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Include in the email:

    • Your order number.

    • Photos, where relevant, of the issues.

What happens next?

  • We aim to process all requests within 7 working days.

  • If your return or refund request is approved, please contact us to obtain the correct return address and instructions. *Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted.

  • WOKE UP THANKFUL! will not accept unconfirmed returns.

Returned items

  • All returned items should be unused, unworn, and unwashed. 

  • WOKE UP THANKFUL! does not accept worn, stained, damaged, or altered items.

  • After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

  • We do not provide freight-to-collect (FTC) service for returning the package; the return shipping cost will be at your own expense.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Refund

  • If your refund request is confirmed, WOKE UP THANKFUL! will return funds to your credit/debit card, the whole process may take 10-30 business days as your bank needs to process the refund to you.

  • We could refund your credit/debit card in 24 hours. But your bank needs 10-30 business days to transfer the money to your account. We can't control the processing speed of your bank. Please ask your bank for detailed information.

  • We apologize genuinely for the inconvenience caused and thanks for your kind understanding. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered mail method that is available.

Can all items ordered from WOKE UP THANKFUL! be returned?

Our return policy applies to most items, but a few exceptions exist. Those listed below cannot be returned:

  • Deliberately damaged items.

  • Items sent back for return more than 7 days from the date of receipt.

  • Items with limited time promotion.

  • Items accurately provided according to design & description on the website that the purchaser decides are not what they believed or no longer want.

  • Items deemed to no longer be required due to delayed delivery are delayed due to misinformation provided to WOKE UP THANKFUL!, such as the recipient’s incorrect phone number or shipping address.

*Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of products which are not from our website.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund before my order arrives?

  • Orders can only be canceled and fully refunded while they are in the "In Review" status.

  • Should you wish to cancel your order, please get in contact with us within 12 hours of you placing your order.

How long do I have to submit a return or exchange request?

  • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. 

  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
